Eligibility for Returns
At Saori, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium human hair extensions. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@saorihair.com so we can address the issue and make it right.
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept exchanges for hair extensions that have been opened from their original packaging, as they are considered personal items. Customized wefts and personalized orders are also non-returnable under any circumstances.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as they were received, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, including but not limited to tampering with the packaging or altering the product in any way.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns made after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please ensure you contact us as soon as possible to begin the return process.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange , please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at contact@saorihair.com within the eligible return window, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will assist you by reviewing your request and provide instructions on how and where to send the returned items.
- We will issue a return authorization to ensure that the return is processed smoothly and in compliance with our policy.
Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please note:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement items once we have received the returned goods in the original condition.
- Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers should ensure that the items are returned safely to avoid any damages during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.
Exception
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were made incorrectly based on the order specifications.
- Returns of opened or used items may be subject to partial refunds or non-refunds depending on the condition of the items upon return.
- Items returned that do not meet the return requirements may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@saorihair.com. Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with a description of the issue.
Once we review the evidence, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
