Returns Policy

At Saori, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium human hair extensions. In the event you are dissatisfied, please reach out to us at contact@saorihair.com so we can make it right.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hair extensions that have been opened from their original packaging as they are personal items. Customized wefts are not returnable under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Returns are generally accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.

Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at (contact@saorihair.com) within the eligible timeframe, providing your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on where to send the items.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, while exchanges will be shipped once the returned items are received.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the product. Returns of opened or used items may be subject to partial refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items: In case of receiving damaged or defective items, contact us immediately at contact@saorihair.com with photos and a description. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
